Elektroskandia China is an ISO 9001 Certified Company and we are a true believer of that Quality in everything we do is what keeps us successful in our business.
Quality Assurance: Covers all activities from design, development, production, services and documentation. These procedures include areas like raw materials, products, warehousing, processes, supplier audits, incoming goods inspection etc.
With our in-house competence of Six Sigma/Black Belt - we have implemented a continuous process improvement concept according to the P-D-C-A approach. (Plan-Do-Check-Act)
Company Quality: The concept of “Company Quality” with the focus on management and people – where all internal departments approach quality concerns with an open mind – is implemented at Elektroskandia China.
This is very important so we can continue to be a flexible company to serve our customers in best possible way.
This concept focuses on three important aspects:
1) Elements that controls Job management, Adequate processes, Performance, Safety and Integrity
2) Professional Competence – knowledge, professionalism, experience and qualifications
3) Soft Values such as Integrity & confidence, organizational culture, motivation, team spirit and quality relationships.
The quality of our output is at risk of any of these three aspects are not fulfilled at a high level.
Total Quality Management: This is our approach for long term sustainable quality in our internal processes and services towards our customers. With this approach we are able to maintain a high quality standard in all aspects of our business.
The main target is that we shall make thing right the first time and eliminate errors.
